I was a little confused on some points. To me it seemed that the two episodes didn't really flow together.
First off, I was unsure about the woman on the Titanic. I assumed that we would see more about what happened in Part 2, but we didn't. Did Nick bring her across, even though she didn't want that? From what we saw in the first part of the episode it looked like Nick did bite her (and I assume he didn't kill her since by that time he was looking to make amends for his past).
Also I was pretty confused about the Inca. In part 1 it looked like he was going to kill Tracy. Then in part 2 we find out that his mission in life was to stop senseless killing. Another thing I didn't understand about that whole thing was in the end he told Vachon "You've done your part. Now I need to do mine." What did Vachon do? He did kill Vudu, but Nick and the Inca got there seconds later and they could have taken care of it.
I was also disappointed that we didn't get to see Schanke's funeral. I would have liked to see Nick and Nat say some parting words and have time to mourn. Oh well. Plus did you notice that no one questioned how Nick survived that bomb in the station? And how the station seemed completely intact in the next episode? Maybe I'm bring too picky. I do think it's cool that Tracy knows about vampires. It can't be too long before she finds out about Nick. This season should be fun.
Why do you think they called the Black Buddha episodes part I and part II when they were only passingly related???

One interesting thing about the character Javier Vachon is that he has a Spanish first name and a French last name. Based on the background, we know he is Spanish -- then why a French last name? BTW, "Xavier" is French and English (pronounced "Zah-VYEH" in French); "Javier" (pronounced "Ha-viAIR") in Spanish. Another interesting thing is that "Vachon" means "cow" (and isn't that the blood Nick uses for sustenance?)...

The hug between Natalie and Nick at the end of this episode is the reason I started becoming so addicted to this show. The more Natalie and Nick come together the more I become addicted.
